Who We Are
The day-to day operations of HCI are managed and overseen by a four-member Management Team. The Management Team plays a visionary role in terms of the programmatic and organisational development of HCI, and is responsible for the overall execution and co-ordination of HCI programme activities, and overseeing and approving projects and organisational planning and policies.
In turn, the HCI Board provides guidance and assistance to the Management Team and bring to HCI their expertise on social marketing, HIV, TB and drug treatment, and development aid issues, with professional experience in the private sector and business communities.
HCI’s Honorary Advisory Board assists the Management Team and Board in bringing further attention to the issues that we as an organisation focus on and to demonstrate their commitment and belief in HCI’s ability to carry out its mission.
